About Mark & Kristin

Mark and Kristin Sturges of the Colorado Military Home Group are licensed Broker Associates with the McGraw REALTORS® Colorado Springs office.  They work with Veterans, individuals, and investors, with a particular focus in Colorado Springs, Falcon, Fountain, Black Forest, Monument, Peyton, Calhan and the  surrounding mountain communities in Teller and Park County. They are qualified as Military Relocation Professionals, Senior Real Estate Specialist, and Accredited Buyer Representatives and have extensive experience in Military Permanent Change of Station (PCS) and local/overseas moves. They completely understand the military move process and the timelines and stress that are associated.

Kristin is a graduate of University of North Florida receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (Cum Laude). She also has extensive experience in education. She is a wife, mother, military spouse, and fantastic Realtor. Her strengths are providing the most excellent service to buyers and seller earning their trust, referrals, and repeat business. Clients appreciate her flexibility, low pressure sales, patience, ability to listen and hear what clients want, negotiation skills, and her ability to accurately price and market a home.

Mark graduated from the University of Oregon in Education and then received his commission in the United States Navy and subsequent title as a Naval Flight Officer flying the S-3B Viking. He spent over 30 years in the Navy fighting our country's conflicts from DESERT STORM to our defense against global terrorism.  He retired as a Naval Captain (O6). His experience directly translates to helping families from all over the world realize their home ownership goals to include both military and corporate relocations. Mark is known for his extensive market knowledge and his unmatched devotion to clients. He earns the respect of his clients by working tirelessly on their behalf and by always offering them candid advice.
