Iain did a great job of finding me a town house that was in good shape and an assumable loan at an attractive interest rate that should immediately make the property cash flow positive. Iain negotiated a deal well below market value, helped me through the process with the loan as well as inspections and minor repairs. He is not only knowledgeable about the market, but gave me a financial analysis of the property as a rental as well.
